Manchester United have confirmed via their official website and social media accounts that Marcus Rashford will don the iconic No. 10 jersey.
Rashford now joins the rank of legends such as David Beckham, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wayne Rooney and Zlatan Ibrahimovic who all wore the famous number.
He wore the No. 10 for the first time in the Red Devils’ 1-0 defeat to Bayern Munich and after the match, Manchester United’s official Twitter account confirmed it was his new squad number.

Rashford wore the No. 19 jersey last season and takes over the No. 10 from Ibrahimovic who joined LA Galaxy in March.
Jose Mourinho told MUTV that Rashford wanted to wear the No. 10 from the very beginning.
“He wanted it,” Mourinho said.
“He always wanted it. Of course, he respected the big Rooney and then Zlatan wanted to have it.
“Of course, he was in the shadow, waiting for the opportunity and now the shirt is empty.
“It’s something fantastic for the kid, let’s give the shirt to him.”
