The perfect allround attacker who can play in all positions upfront, Thomas Muller is the perfect modern day attacker. He is not the most skillful, powerfully built attacker out there, but his versatility and tactical strength, positioning and ability to interpret space makes him a unique forward. Out-and-out striker, attacking midfielder, winger are few positions Muller has excelled while playing at Bayern and the German national football team.

Muller wears the #13 jersey for germany, a number famously worn by the legendary goalscorer Gerd Muller. Just like his namesake, Thomas has also gone on score crucial goals at the biggest stage in world football. Thomas has already scored 10 goals in 2 world cups surpassing the great diego maradona who has 8 goals from 4 world cups who called him a water boy. Thomas Muller burst on to the scene with Bayern youth team earning promotion to the senior team in 2008-09 season. He has been an integral part of the German team ever since.

He was Germany’s leading goalscorer in their victorious campaigne in the 2014 FIFA world cup. Germany fans will once again pin their hopes on the 28 year old forward to come good and successfully defend their title.
