European Golden boy Matthjis De Ligt has been under the radar for every European giant. Barcelona , however are expected to win the race despite United’s best attempt to court their top target.

Sources have told that United have offered De Ligt a deal worth £250,000-a-week to move to Old Trafford — more than the player will receive at Barcelona.
United are also attempting to finalise moves for Swansea winger Daniel James and Newcastle midfielder Sean Longstaff.
Jadon Sancho is heavily linked to Old Trafford but sources close to the English winger have said that Sancho doesn’t believe that United could recover from their slump quickly enough and hence ruled out a move to Manchester United.
