The third day of the Patna leg of Pro Kabaddi league season 7 saw Jaipur Pink Panthers losing their first game of the tournament and Dabang Delhi K.C came back to winning ways. A super raid of 6 points by the Delhi Raider Chandran Ranjith closed the doors of a comeback for the Jaipur Pink Panthers. The Puneri Paltans won their second game in a row courtesy an excellent all-round performance by the Paltans team. The Fortunegiants have now lost two games in a row.
Match 27: Dabang Delhi K.C vs Jaipur Pink Panthers (35-24)
A six point raid by the Delhi Raider Chandran Ranjith and super 10 by Naveen Kumar and Chandran Ranjith helped the Dabang Delhi comeback on winning ways. The Panthers captain Deepak Niwas Hooda did perform well but that wasn’t enough to stop the Delhi defence which has Ravinder Pahal and Meraj Sheykh.
Match 28: Gujarat Fortunegiants vs Puneri Paltans (31-33)
Gujarat Fortunegiants lost their second game in a row courtesy an all-round performance by Puneri Paltans as the star defender Girish Ernak scored 6 tackle points and raiders Pawan Kadian and Amit Kumar scored 6 points in Pune’s victory. A calm and cool headed approach by the Paltans team helped them to win this game by 2 points.
