Brendan Schaub says Mayweather vs Nasukawa was Fake!!

Floyd Mayweather dropped Japanese teen kickboxing sensation Tenshin Nasukawa three times in the opening round as the Japanese’s corner threw in the towel and Floyd won the fight via TKO.

Floyd started the fight just tossing his arms in the air and then Nasukawa threw a left hand that kind of clipped him. Floyd then just destroyed him. Walked through his punches and just knocked him down repeatedly until Nasukawa’s corner saw enough to throw in the towel.

However, former UFC heavyweight contender and currently a talks show host Brendan Schaub has said that Mayweather vs Nasukawa was fake.

I’ve seen better acting in pornos,” Schaub said bluntly on his show (transcript via BoxingScene.com). “Floyd’s just doing his thing, he’s the aggressor, so it’s not as hard to fake it. But Tenshin needs acting skills. They should have got someone to work with him on falling down, getting hit in the face, and all that.

Of course this is fake,” Schaub continued. “Who cares? But of course, this is fake. Come on, you believed that? [Mayweather] made nine million, we should be celebrating that. Hopefully, Tenshin made some money, they’re not releasing that. All we know is that Floyd got paid.

He also said that even though the exhibition bout was fake, it made Conor McGregor look better.

Let’s say this is real, which it’s definitely not, but let’s pretend it is,” Schaub said. “How good does that look for Conor McGregor? He didn’t get starched out, he didn’t get outclassed. It was an sh*t-show. But I guess the kid got paid, he got some publicity, he is an actual legit badass, so he gets the rub off that. His Instagram followers go up, his youtube, whatever he’s trying to do.
