AIFF welcomes Anil Kumar

Mr Anilkumar joined the AIFF on Raksha Bandhan, considering it an auspicious day to serve the national federation. He expressed gratitude to the AIFF President, Executive Committee members, and other stakeholders for entrusting him with this responsibility.

Having worked extensively with the Kerala Football Association, Mr. Anilkumar understands the intricacies of football administration. His familiarity with various departments positions him well for this challenging role.

While Indian football has made progress over the years, its FIFA rankings still fall short of expectations. Mr. Anilkumar acknowledges this and emphasizes the need to improve our standing on the global stage.
