Aaron Ramsey is on the verge of leaving the Emirates at the end of this season. The Welshman’s contract with the Gunners is going to expire within a period of less than a year. There are so much speculations about the future of Aaron Ramsey and finally the player has broken his silence about the matter.
Aaron Ramsey expected to stay at the Emirates as he was slowly adapting with the style of play of the new manager of Arsenal, Unai Emery. He has also recently scored a brilliant goal for the Gunners against Fulham in the Premier League. The talks were going about his contract extension; but the club management have now refused to extend the contract of Aaron Ramsey. The former Cardiff City midfielder told,
“Everything has been going great with the club,”
“We thought we were in a position where we had agreed a deal, but that is no longer the case.
“So I just have to carry on playing my football and do my best for Arsenal this season and I’ll leave the rest with the club now.
“That’s a decision that they have made. Things happen in football and you just have to get on with it and carry on playing the best I can.
“That is all I am concentrating on and giving my best for Arsenal.”
There will not be much problem for Aaron Ramsey to find a new destination after leaving the Gunners at the end of this season. The top European clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United and Juventus have already shown their interest to rope in the 27 year old midfielder in the next summer transfer window and his national team’s manager Ryan Giggs also feels that Aaron Ramsey will be a good addition for any top European side at this moment.
