Sachin Tendulkar Set To Open Again In The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019

Sachin Tendulkar, having amassed 18426 runs in ODIs and 15921 in the longer format the Little Master needs no introduction. Any cricket fan you come across will have their own favourite Sachin inning etched in memory. The former opening batsman is all set for a new stint as a cricket commentator. He will be joined by a panel of cricket experts on the pre-show during the opening encounter of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.

The Master Blaster will have his very own segment titled ‘Sachin Opens Again’. Much to the delight of the fans, they will also get to listen to Tendulkar’s commentary during the marque event’s opening clash where the hosts England take on South Africa.

Tendulkar had an illustrious career that spanned over 24 years and included almost all the batting records, one could imagine. From scoring a record 100 international hundreds (51 in tests and 49 in ODIs) to being the highest run scorer in international cricket with a tally of over 34,000  international runs to his name.

Expectations are on new high for the cricket fans with the announcement of the prolific batsman making his commentary debut in the World Cup.
